Refund policy

1) Request Timeline (4 Days)

If you need a return, refund, or exchange, please contact us within 4 days of delivery.
After 4 days, it becomes difficult for us to verify issues properly, so we may not be able to process requests raised later.


2) When You’re Eligible (3 Situations)

We can offer a return / refund / exchange if any of the following happens:

  1. Product received damaged
    If your item is damaged when you receive it.

  2. Product not as shown
    If the item you received is different from what was shown in our product photos or videos.

  3. Quality not as discussed
    If the product quality is not as committed during discussion (for example, over WhatsApp/Instagram/call).


3) What We Need From You (To Resolve Faster)

To help us verify the issue quickly and support you better, please share:

  • Your Order Id

  • clear unboxing video (from start to finish, without cuts)

  • Photos/videos showing the concern (damage, mismatch, or quality issue)

Note: The unboxing video is the best way for us to validate claims and approve solutions smoothly.


4) How We’ll Resolve It

Once we review and approve your request, we’ll offer the best possible solution depending on the situation and stock availability:

  • Exchange / Replacement (same product or an equivalent option)

  • Refund (to the original payment method)


5) Condition for Returns

If a return is approved, please send the product back:

  • In the original packaging, with tags/labels (if applicable)

  • Along with any free gifts or included items

  • In an unused and unaltered condition (unless it arrived damaged)

This helps us process your request smoothly.


6) Refund Processing Time

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days

  • The amount is refunded to the original payment method (unless store credit is chosen)

Please note: Banks/payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the amount.


7) Exchange Timeline

If an exchange/replacement is approved, we usually dispatch it within 12 business days.


8) Return Pickup / Shipping

If your request is approved, we will guide you through the return process:

  • We may request you to ship the product to our return address as per our support team’s instructions.
